The Circuit Report - Live Period Top Performers

For the first time since April 2019, the early April NCAA live period was back and it picked up right where it left off. Shoe circuit and non-shoe circuit events drew heaps of coaches who were out to find high level players in the class of 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. Our AthElite team was out as well attending multiple events across the country - here are a few top performers that caught our eye.

2022:

Aidan Lambert

Team AGNS Indy

USA Youth Hoops Challenge XL

Proved to be one of the best available unsigned seniors in the country over the weekend in Indy. Lambert averaged 32.7 points per game over a four game span and looks to be ready to make an impact right away at the next level. Plays hard on both ends and is as gritty as they come. College coaches need to get on him NOW!

Kyson Jones

Indiana Elite Southside

6'2" PG

USA Youth Hoops Challenge XL

Jones was impressive all weekend in Indianapolis. The unsigned guard has a ton of ability to create off the bounce or shoot from deep on demand. Runs his team well and was automatic from three in a match-up with SI Select on Saturday night hitting six three-pointers.

2023:

Colby Lancaster

TNT 2023

6’7” Forward

USA Youth Hoops Challenge XL

Great weekend for the big powerful forward. Dominated inside the whole time. Mismatch anytime he is on the floor. Has a ton of potential and is one to watch for college coaches of all levels.

Gerard Thomas

SI Select 17u

6’3” Point Guard

USA Youth Hoops Challenge XL

Big strong guard who can score at will off the bounce, has a nice catch and shoot game and also facilitates for others. Should emerge as one of the best guards in his class as the spring and summer goes on. Averaged 19 points and 6 assists over four games.

Clay Conner

Indiana Raptors

6’5” SG

NY2LA Spring Extravaganza

Had a great weekend at NY2LA Spring Extravaganza in Indianapolis. The tall 2 guard had games of 17, 12, and 16 in route to a solid weekend for the Indiana Raptors 2023 team out of Rockport, Indiana

Jonathan Sawyer

Tennessee Panthers

6’8” Forward

On The Radar Hoops Sweet 16

Super long and athletic forward who altered and blocked shots all weekend long. He displayed his athleticism and ran the floor extremely well and grabbed a ton of rebounds. Averaged 8 points, 11 rebounds, 4 blocks on the weekend

Darrion Sutton

WACG - 3SSB

6'9" Guard

Adidas 3SSB - Indianapolis

Darrion Sutton is new to the shoe circuit scene but quickly impressed. The 6'9 guard/wing was impressive off the bounce, handles the ball like a 6'2" point guard, showed an improved jumper, and scored around the rim with ease. Helped WACG to a 3-1 record in Indianapolis.

Jerry Long

5'10" Guard

Arkansas Tri-County Rockets

MAYB Spring Tournament

Jerry Long came into this weekend as a complete unknown for us but proved to be a MAJOR sleeper in the class of 2023. The tough-as-nails point guard from Osceola, Arkansas went to work for Coach Tarrus Hayes and the Tri-County Rockets and averaged 25 points per game en route to the championship.

Izaiah Manuel

6'1" Guard

UpNext 2023

NY2LA Spring Extravaganza

Izaiah Manuel from Union County High School (KY) has a knack for scoring. The shifty two guard can hit out to NBA range, has a smooth pull up game, and can use his frame to finish through contact around the rim. He was crucial in a close match up with Distinxion and finished with 21 points.

Seth Grandberry

5'10" Guard

Tennessee Panthers

On The Radar Hoops Sweet 16

Seth Grandberry from Millington, Tennessee stood out this weekend. The 2023 guard was automatic from deep and averaged 17 points on the weekend. Did a really nice job of being efficient and using a mix of catch-and-shoots and pull up jumpers to keep defenders guessing. Was impressive finishing around the rim. Pumped in 31 points against a tough Team Bradley group.

Brady Wolf

Missouri Thunder

5'11" PG

Prep Hoops "The Stage"

Brady Wolf of the Missouri Thunder 17u group impressed in a match-up with Old Gold out of Chicago. He scored at a high rate and finished with 22 points but also found a way to set up others. He rebounded exceptionally well for a guard and did all of the little things to lead his team to a win. Very poised and doesn't get rattled by pressure.

Koby Wilmoth

Rush Academy 17u

6'6" Forward

Prep Hoops "The Stage"

Koby Wilmoth found his stride early with his new summer team this weekend. He contributed all weekend long hitting threes in crucial moments, guarding hard, and setting up teammates. His ability to create has improved drastically since we saw him last and he showed off a nice package of pull ups and finishes around the rim.

Courtlyn Kelley

St. Louis Pistons

Guard

Prep Hoops "The Stage"

Courtlyn Kelley of the St. Louis Pistons 17u is a prospect with a ton of potential. He had a great weekend for the St. Louis Pistons in Indianapolis and played hard the entire weekend. Hit shots when his team needed it, defended with poise from start to finish, and was a good teammate. Will only get better under Coach Pratt and the up and coming Pistons.

Landon Wells

Indiana Raptors 2023

6'0" Guard

NY2LA Spring Extravaganza

Landon Wells did a great job pacing his team all weekend long. In a win against Midwest Explosion he finished with 22 points, 4 assists, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals. In a tough match-up with the always talented Louisville Legends he led with 14 points, 2 assists, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals. The South Spencer High School (IN) guard contributes in an array of ways and does whatever his team needs. One to watch!

Danye Frazier

Griffin Elite - White 17u

6'1" Guard

Prep Hoops "The Stage"

Danye Frazier was impressive again for Griffin Elite - White. The 6'1" guard scored 15 points in his debut and then followed it up with 17 points in his second game. Both games were wins and there was no question that Frazier played a big role in the outcome. Scrappy guard who scores on all three levels and loves to guard. Continues to get better and better.

2024:

Luke Erhardt

6’1” Guard

Cave Gym Elite

USA Youth Hoops Challenge XL

Luke is a very good shooter with a college ready body for the Cave Gym Elite team out of Kentucky. He had a standout performance against a tough Dayton Elite team and is one of the top shooters in the state. Any college coaches needing an elite shooter should add Luke to their list. He had performances of 40, 39, 38, and 25 in a four game span.

Adam Rickman

6’5” forward

Phenom Boys Basketball

Midwest Festival of Teams

Adam Rickman from St. Francis Borgia High School had a great weekend for the newly formed Phenom Boys. Fresh off a nice high school season, Rickman averaged 16 points per game in Iowa at the Midwest Festival of Teams. The 6’5 forward can beat defenders from inside and out.

Jon Lambe

Illinois Drive

6’0 Guard

Prep Hoops "The Stage"

The left handed guard put together a nice weekend for the Illinois Drive in Indianapolis at the Prep Hoops Event. He poured in 28 points on Saturday and is a very crafty scorer who finds a way to score on all three levels.

USA Youth Hoops Challenge XL

One of the best pure scorers in the class of 2025 had a huge weekend in Indianapolis at the USA Youth Hoops Challenge XL. He had 37 points Saturday morning and then followed up with 40 points in the afternoon on 10-14 shooting from 3.

Saxton Howard

Team Breakdown Kentucky 15u

5'11" Guard

USA Youth Hoops Challenge XL

Saxton Howard is a stand out point guard and quarterback from Kentucky who brought his toughness and playmaking ability to the hardwood this weekend in Indianapolis. He finished averaging 16 points per game but impressed us with his high motor and his ability to be a great teammate by contributing on both ends of the floor.

Luke Beickmam

Griffin Elite - White 15u

5'11" Guard

Prep Hoops "The Stage"

Luke Beickman of Griffin Elite - White 15u had a nice weekend at Prep Hoops in Indianapolis. The western Kentucky guard put on a nice display averaging 18 points per game and did a nice job of hitting shots from deep, scoring off the bounce, and getting to the rim.

Michael Hallock

Mid Ohio Pumas

6'3" Forward

USA Youth Hoops Challenge XL

Michael Hallock of the Mid Ohio Pumas 2025 group is one of the hardest working players we saw all weekend. He is the ultimate utility guy who does whatever it takes for his team to win. Works hard on both ends of the floor and isn't afraid to guard all 5 positions. Stands at 6'3" but plays like he's 6'8." Big time rebounder and will be one to watch.
